Hungry Hulk Hummus:
I got this recipe on pinterest but completely altered it as I went, so the idea for spinach hummus was there’s but this recipe is a BoehmianQueen original ;)
Ingredients2 cans chickpeas, drained1/4 cup tahini2 teaspoon garlic powderjuice of 1 lemon½ cup water1/4 cup olive oil1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon paprika3 cups spinachsalt and pepper to tasteCombine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Keep a bag of pita chips handy because I’ve found that no batch of hummus turns out the same as another, you always have to taste and adjust the amount of ingredients and seasonings. So use this recipe as a jumping off point.

Back to my normal routine today. I have been lacking motivation with working out and my diet. It’s not acceptable and I need to persevere. So today I’m back to eggs and my vegan sausage patty for breakfast and hitting the gym hard today and Friday.
