I’d be lying if I said it didn’t make me upset to see girls who eat garbage all the time but stay super skinny. I eat so freaking healthy. No processed food, no fried food, a lot of times I don’t even eat the desserts I make. I’ll have a greek yogurt instead. I opt out of pancakes on the weekends when I make them for the family, and I eat eggs instead. So it pisses me off that my weight will stand still, and that I can’t lose on diet alone. I want to eat pizza and drink beer all the time but have thighs that don’t touch. It’s not fair!

    The kids are sick today so I can’t bring them to child watch at the gym. Matt wrote me some body weight exercise to do during nap time so I guess it’s better then nothing. I have a sinus infection and I am going to have to go to the clinic later for anti biotics. I haven’t been feeling well this week but I am determined not be a pussy about it. I am going to suck it up and work out hard because it’s SO  important to me that I lose weight and get fit. I hope I start seeing real results soon :/
