It’s been awhile since I updated everyone on my fitness progress. (Assuming you care) Last week was my first real week of doing intense weight training and conditioning since my surgery. During my rehabilitation I was just walking at an incline and feeling out what I was able to do as far as weight lifting was concerned. Over the month that I wasn’t REALLY working out, but still being pretty strict on diet, I didn’t gain, or lose any weight. Which both sucks, and is awesome I guess. So last week I was there every other day and today I went. I was able to squat 110lbs. today on the squat machine, which felt so AWESOME! I can feel myself getting stronger, even if I am not noticing any physical changes. Matt says he can see a difference since I started doing this in November, but I think he is dillusional. I am happy to be back on my normal schedule and I am really really really hoping to be looking hot by summer!
